動漫創作者，擅長以奇幻視覺與深度層次訴說故事，風格充滿詩意奇想，作品常見城市廢墟、金屬工業和機件器械等元素，透過極具爆發力的筆觸和構圖，隱喻對社會現象和文化的觀察。擁有超過三十年的創作經驗，擔任多部動畫片的導演和編劇，創作領域橫跨小說、動畫、漫畫、圖文書、立體雕塑與模型製作，2019年以《金魚》獲得第56屆金馬獎最佳動畫短片，曾與歌手雷光夏合作的MV《造字的人》入圍第18屆金曲獎「最佳音樂錄影帶導演獎」。
An animation artist experts in telling stories by visual fantasy and profound meaning with poetic and fantastic style. Common seen elements in his works include city ruins, metal industries, mechanical equipment, etc. Through explosive brushwork and composition, his works apply metaphors stating his observation of social and cultural phenomenon. With over 30 years of experience, he has served as the director and screenwriter of many animated films. His art work includes novels, animations, comics, graphic documents, sculptures and models. In 2019, he won the 56th Golden Horse Awards Best Animated Short Film with Goldfish. The MV The Man Who Makes Characters, which he co-operated with singer Summer Lei, was shortlisted for the Best Music Video Director Award at the 18th Golden Melody Awards.
