一個全黑的屏幕，及一位女人溫柔的聲音開場，《奢侈凡夜》敘述主角明朗的世界隨著失去視力黯淡下來，在黑色無光的世界久違的與過去的心上人相遇，在短暫的時光中勾起過往回憶，敲擊在心上無數個平凡又奢侈的記憶和夜晚。影片視覺呈現優雅並充滿女性獨特意識，搭配極簡的聲音效果，以突出柔和地蠟筆色調和精緻獨特的線條設計為風格，讓觀眾能隨著畫面變幻感受到動畫的沉靜調性及嚴肅主題。

Opening with a black screen and gentle voice of a woman, Extravagantly Ordinary Night narrates that the protagonist's bright world diminishes as she loses her eyesight. Encounters with the long-lost lover in the black dull world, evokes memories of the past in transient, countless ordinary and extravagant memories and nights knocks on the heart. The visual style of the film is elegant and full of femininity, with minimal sound effects, soft crayon tones, and exquisite line designs, so that the audience can feel the calm tone and serious theme of the film as the image changes.
